9kkbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 9kkbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering an account, or using any feature of the 9kkbd platform at 9kkbd.pro, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

9kkbd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 9kkbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. 9kkbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any stage.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm you are aged 21 or above.
• You must be a resident or present in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You may hold only one account on 9kkbd. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have requested an account closure that is currently in effect on 9kkbd.

3. Account Registration and Verification

All players must register an account to access real-money features on 9kkbd. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password, and basic personal details. 9kkbd may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. 9kkbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 9kkbd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• 9kkbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false information, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.
• Account holders must be the sole beneficial owners of the funds deposited into their accounts. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits

9kkbd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Deposits may be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 9kkbd does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits are typically credited to your 9kkbd account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support. 9kkbd will not be liable for delays caused by your payment provider's systems.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account where possible.
• 9kkbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large deposits or deposits that display unusual patterns before crediting them to your account.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, 9kkbd reserves the right to close your account and recover the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
• 9kkbd does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency, prepaid vouchers, or any payment method not explicitly listed as supported on the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in BDT and returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no platform-side fee applied to standard withdrawals.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover conditions have been met. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered.

• 9kkbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are usually completed faster. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 9kkbd reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Inactive accounts with a real-money balance may be subject to a dormancy fee after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

9kkbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, and to the general conditions set out below. Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the player's account balance as bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 9kkbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements at low risk, or exploiting errors or glitches in the platform — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to any game restrictions and wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings will be credited as bonus funds.
• 9kkbd does not offer any bonus or promotional offer to players who have activated self-exclusion or who are subject to a deposit limit that would prevent them from meeting the bonus deposit threshold.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the 9kkbd platform for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

Prohibited conduct includes: opening multiple accounts for any purpose; using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting system errors or platform bugs; using funds known or suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity; misrepresenting your identity or age; and providing false information at any stage of the account lifecycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9kkbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and structural elements — is the intellectual property of 9kkbd or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of 9kkbd.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 9kkbd for display on the platform.
• Unauthorised scraping, data mining, or automated access to any part of the 9kkbd platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• The 9kkbd name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. You may not use them in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kkbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• 9kkbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside of 9kkbd's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
• Bets placed and accepted during a verifiable technical malfunction may be voided at 9kkbd's discretion. Players will be notified and any real-money stakes placed on voided bets will be refunded to the account balance.
• 9kkbd's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident or related series of incidents shall not exceed the amount of the player's deposit that gave rise to the relevant claim, excluding bonus funds.

11. Amendments and Termination

9kkbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

9kkbd may terminate or suspend any player's account at any time and without prior notice if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In the event of termination for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or T&C breach may be forfeited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

9kkbd collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The types of data collected, the legal basis for processing, the purposes for which data is used, your data rights, and how to exercise them are set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
